The Black Student Union (BSU) is hosting its annual KWANZAA Celebration Banquet on Friday, December 7th from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM in North Manser Dining Hall. KWANZAA is a cultural and ethnic celebration of Black heritage, unity, and culture. The name KWANZAA derives from the Swahili phrase..matunda ya kwanza, meaning first fruits of the harvest. For additional information on this special event please contact Destiny Harper the BSU President. This event is funded by Student Activity Fees.
