Take Library Survey! Chance to Win Gift Certificates

Mansfield Students:
 
We are asking for your assistance with an important survey about library services. All that you need to do is complete an online survey will take no more than 5 minutes of your time.
 
We will be providing special incentives for student participation. One randomly selected student participant will be awarded a $150 gift certificate to our Campus Book Store, and six other randomly selected student participants will each receive a $50 dollar gift certificates to Walmart. If you choose, you can enter the drawing, by keying in your email address at the end of the survey.

Your responses will be held in confidence. No identifying links between responses and the individual responding will be retained. Only aggregate data will be reported.
